Some Essential Oils Can Be Used

In the Bath:

Fill your tub or foot bowl with warm water.  Check to see that the orifice reducer in the bottle is in place so only drops come out of the bottle.  Sprinkle about 8 to 12 drops of your favorite essential oil or synergy into the tub and swish it around the surface of the water.  After getting in, close the curtain or shower door, soak for about 15 minutes. Don't take a shower or wash the oils off, just dry yourself.

By just smelling them:

.

Check to see that the orifice reducer is in place.  Holding the bottle in one hand between the thumb and middle finger, gently tap the bottom of the bottle with the forefinger of the hand holding the bottle, while pointing the bottle top and orifice reducer at the forefinger of the other hand. Replace the cap.

Rub the "oiled" forefinger with the thumb of the same hand and bring fingers to the nose, cupping the hand with the fingers close to the nostrils.

Breathe in deeply for several seconds, enjoying the fragrance.

Or Topically:

Check to see that the orifice reducer is in place.

If you are going to use your finger to apply the essential oil to an area such as your face or temple, holding the bottle in one hand between the thumb and middle finger, gently tap the bottom of the bottle with the forefinger of the hand holding the bottle, while pointing the bottle top and orifice reducer at the forefinger of the other hand until a drop or two comes out.

Otherwise, point the bottle top at the area of the body to which the essential oil is to be applied and then tap it gently, so that 1 - 2 drops are splashed on the subject area.

Smooth the oil on the skin and let it absorb.

Replace the cap, making sure that the bottle cap is securely tightened to prevent spillage and evaporation of the essential oil or synergy.

Remember, only one (1) or two (2) drops are necessary.
