Make sure that you have given us a telephone
number where we can contact you to confirm your
order and all of the information contained on the form.
Since we do not accept credit cards, we will request
that you provide us your checking account information
as we do take checks over the phone.

As soon as your order and funds are received,
your order will be shipped within 48 hours by U. P. S. ground service.

Should you wish immediate delivery,
we can do that by overnight mail.  When
you place your order, be sure to include your
instructions as to how you want your order shipped.
