Benefits of Using Aromatherapy

The use of quality, non-commercial grade essential oils, can provide astounding results, whether they are used on a frequent and regular basis for stress control, to strengthen the immune system, or for a specific psychological or anatomical purpose. It is now readily accepted that excess stress plays a major role in causing many maladies, from memory loss to actual diseases. Aromatherapy has been shown to combat stress with no side effects. A recently published article in the International Journal of Neuroscience reveals that a three (3) minute exposure to a certain, non-commercial grade, essential oil positively affects mood, EEG patterns of alertness and math computations.
