Return Policy

At Miami Aromatherapy, our dedication is to bring you superior quality products and service. Our return goods policy is outlined below.

1. Within 30 days of invoice date, Miami Aromatherapy Inc. will accept the return of any product on the basis of shipping errors or item(s) is damaged upon receipt.

2. Requests for all product returns must be authorized in writing and receive approval from Miami Aromatherapy Inc. before replacement merchandise or credit memo will be issued.

3. In order to receive full credit of returned item, all returns must be in original sealed condition and accompanied with a copy of the invoice.

4. All freight and handling charges on returned goods are the full responsibility of the customer.

Customer Initiated Order Cancellation:

Prior to shipment of your order, you may cancel your order at any time by calling us at 1.305.662.2814. In the event that your order has already shipped, you can return your order to us in accordance with our return policy.

Miami Aromatherapy Inc. Initiated Order Cancellation:

Although it is rare that it would be necessary for Miami Aromatherapy Inc. to cancel an order, we reserve this right in addition to the right to not accept any subsequent orders from a customer where any of the following situations arise:

• Billing / Payment / Shipping Information: Orders that cannot be processed due to an error in information you have provided, which may include, but is not limited to:
  • Incorrect Credit/Debit Card number, expiration date or card security value.
  • Incorrect Billing information (billing information you provide is different from the information your financial institution has on record).
  • Insufficient/Incorrect shipping address (street address, city, state, zip or postal code).
  • Fraudulent information.
• Improper Resale of Merchandise
  Miami Aromatherapy Inc. is a private label brand. To protect its intellectual property rights, resale of our products for personal or business profit is strictly prohibited. Any orders found to have characteristics of reselling/reshipping may be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel all subsequent orders from such customers.
• Previous Fraudulent Order History
  Miami Aromatherapy Inc. may cancel an order if fraudulent activity is suspected and may refuse to process subsequent orders from customers with a previous fraudulent order history record.

Important Information Regarding Your Credit Card Order and Order Cancellation:

• Miami Aromatherapy Inc. reserves the right to request additional evidence for proof of billing information. For your protection, your credit card order may be delayed while we confirm your billing information.
• The charge for your order will appear on your credit card statement as Miami Aromatherapy Inc. If you contest the validity or amount of the charge related to an order with Miami Aromatherapy Inc., please call 1.305.662.2814 to refute it.
• Miami Aromatherapy Inc. will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any fraudulent activities related to the reversal of a valid charge for an order filled and delivered to the customer.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated according to the state to where the merchandise is being shipped.

Backordered Items

Backordered items are temporarily out of stock. Any items that are in stock, will ship at the time the payment is approved. Any backordered items will be shipped via Standard Delivery at no additional shipping & handling charge when they become available. Please note that your credit card will not be charged for any backordered items until they ship.

Canceling an Order

Return Time Frame

Upon receipt of your return, please allow up to two weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Shipping

Miami Aromatherapy Inc. is currently using USPS Priority Mail Service to ship our products. All items are insured for the amount of your purchase. Upon item being shipped, please allow 2-4 business days for your item to arrive. Should you need special services, please contact us so we can arrange them for you.
